More About the November Newsletter
As we transition into the colder weather,  it is important to be mindful of changes to our exercise routines. Don't let the cold stop you from reaching your activity goals.  Use the tips addressed in November's Newsletter. If you were loving your outdoor walks, invest in quality winter activewear (i.e. treat yourself to new LuLu Lemon lined leggings!) so these can continue. Or, move your workouts inside. Join a nearby gym or simply pull out a yoga mat in your house and play a Youtube workout video you can follow along to. With holidays coming up, we are more likely to overindulge in unhealthier foods. Use some of the tips in the
newsletter to stick to your nutrition goals.   Use your phone to scan the QR code where you will find a delicious, low calorie sweet potato round with goat cheese, cranberries, and pecans recipe your family would love as an appetizer. Or make adjustments to your go to holiday recipes by adding extra vegetables or swapping refined grains for whole grains.
