Quick Fix Program 6-8 weeks
- Physician consultation to determine bridal goals
- Nutrition consultation and meal plan prepared by registered dietitian
- Weekly weigh-ins with advanced body composition analysis
- Executive food & exercise journal
- Dietary supplements
- One-hour “Boot Camp” personal training sessions twice a week for a total of 16 sessions
- Bi-weekly 15 minute coaching sessions with physician, dietitian, and certified personal trainer for a two month period
Short Breather Program 8-12 weeks
- Physician consultation to determine bridal goals
- Nutrition consultation and meal plan prepared by registered dietitian
- Weekly weigh-ins with advanced body composition analysis
- Executive food & exercise journal

- One-hour “Boot Camp” personal training sessions twice a week for a total of 24 sessions
- Bi-weekly 15 minute coaching sessions with physician, dietitian, and certified personal trainer for a three month period
