Hamstring Curl on TRX

Feel the burn from the hamstrings into the glutes and lower back! Lie face up, heels in foot cradles under anchor point and hips raised. Curl heels to hips without letting hips rest on ground between reps. Keep knees at 90 degrees and hips up at top of movement. Do 3, 30 second sets! Email
