Noelle’s Exercise of the Day – Terrific Triceps
To tone and tighten the back of your arms grab a medium sized stability ball and pair of dumbbells. Rest your torso on top of the ball and extend your legs back (knees off ground). Place your left hand on the floor for balance and grab dumbbell with your right hand. Slowly lift and lower the dumbbell keeping the wrist straight. Do 12 reps and switch hands. Repeat 3 times.
